Pimientos del Piquillo Rellenos – Roasted red peppers from Spain stuffed with grilled eggplant, zucchini, caramelized onions and Manchego cheese. Served with a citrus saffron sauce and sweet black risotto. 16

Grilled Tri-Tip – Served with our house blend of mashed russet and sweet potatoes and a caramelized onion, mushroom, and paprika sauce. Served with garlic vegetables. 16.5

Leg of Lamb Ragout – Simmered in Spanish red wine with spinach, potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, and Israeli cous cous. 15.5
